Ranch Labor

Overview need a self-motivated mature organized person to oversee general Ranch duties including animal care mowing taking out the garbage scooping up dog poop

• Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment such as tractors, forklifts, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
• Perform equipment repairs, welding, and basic maintenance using hand tools and power tools to ensure operational readiness
• Support fencing, corral construction, and repair projects to secure livestock areas​
• Conduct routine inspections of farm infrastructure and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
• Assist with general farm chores involving heavy lifting, animal handling, and the use of hand tools or power tools

Skills

• Supervising experience or ability to work independently while following safety protocols
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting farm machinery and equipment repairs
• Strong animal husbandry skills with experien
• Familiarity with forklift operation and heavy equipment usage on farms or ranches​
• Basic math skills for measurements, record keeping, or inventory management related to farming activities
• No horse or cow experience needed we don't have any
