Ranch Hand Helper/Laborer

Full-Time Ranch Hand Helper Needed (No Housing Provided)

Physically demanding outdoor job—do not apply unless you can work in all weather conditions year-round.

Family-owned, historic Colorado ranch is looking for a dependable, hard-working ranch hand helper for a full-time position. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Pay: $23 hour

Steady, year-round work with long-term opportunity for the right person

This is a hands-on operation where no two days are the same. This is not a large crew environment—must be able to work independently, stay on task, and take responsibility for daily duties.

Duties include:

- Feeding livestock (cattle, horses, llamas)

- Fencing, repairs, and general ranch maintenance

- Operating equipment (tractors, skid steers, farm equipment)

- Yard work, hauling, and seasonal tasks (hay, snow removal)

- General building maintenance, misc. construction projects

Requirements:

- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs

- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license

- Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle

- Dependable and punctual

- Basic handyman skills preferred

- Ranch/livestock experience a plus

- Equipment experience strongly preferred
