Position:
The purpose of the Ranch Hand is to provide support of the operations at Paw Up Montana Ranch Operations and services provided.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide care of cattle herd, including feeding and cleaning of stalls and dry lots, and replace salt, mineral, and protein tubs.
- Assist with the general maintenance, repair, and cleaning of Ranch Operations’ grounds including barns, fences, and equipment.
- Operate tools and equipment according to prescribed safety procedures.
- Perform pasture moves as necessarily and appropriate.
- Conduct livestock tasks including confining in stalls, clean, and disinfect.
- Complete needed fence updates, repairs, and placement.
- Work and communicate constantly with co-workers, management, and other departments.

Looking for team members with:
Required education:
- High school diploma, GED or vocational training
Required experience:
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- 3+ years’ experience in farming/ranching, machinery and tool use
- Demonstrated experience with the daily care and handling of horses, general stable keeping, and moderate-duty ranch work.
- Ability to drive and operate a truck with 25’ trailer
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
This is a full-time, year-round position that includes benefits: health, dental, PTO, 401K, and low-cost employee housing. Wage will be discussed during interview process
