Job Summary

We're looking for some honest people with good work ethics to help us manage an incredible large scale mountain ranch, complete with cattle, Ag operations, & a thriving traditional Bison herd. This is a rare opportunity to live & work in one of the most beautiful areas of the Rocky Mountains. The ranch is located in the mountains near the Red Feather Lakes area of Colorado, and features a river & several ponds. The fish and wildlife are abundant, and amazing to experience.

We’re looking for some good ranch hands to live and work on the property, or even a husband-and-wife team to help us manage a variety of operations. We need assistance with both outdoor & indoor general ranch management tasks. Outdoor tasks include but are not limited to managing the cattle and Bison herds, fence/gate maintenance, irrigation management, hay operation, and a host of other misc operations. Indoor tasks include general residential cleaning, occasional laundry, and other misc tasks associated with residential upkeep.

Indeed requires advertising a starting wage, but please inquire for more details on compensation. Compensation is negotiable based on skill sets and assignments. The longer an employee is with us, the more their pay will increase with no cap.
