What You'll Do:

• Feed and care for a variety of farm animals
• Clean animal areas and maintain a safe environment
• Assist with guest experiences and farm activities
• Help prepare the ranch for daily visitors and special events
• Support camps and seasonal programs as needed
• Keep an eye out for details that need attention and take initiative to address them
• Work as part of a team while also being comfortable working independently

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in Louisiana weather
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stay active throughout the day
• Farm, horse, livestock, or animal experience is preferred, but we can train the right person
• Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to notice what needs to be done without waiting to be told every step of the way
• Someone who genuinely enjoys both animals and people

Schedule:

• Primarily weekdays during the school year
• Summer hours vary and may include additional days based on camps, events, and guest activities
• Part-time with opportunities for additional hours during busy seasons
