Groundskeeper

Overview

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Farm Hand / Groundskeeper for a private 60-acre farm just outside Ocala, FL. This is a direct hire, permanent position offering approximately 80 hours over a two-week period, with flexible scheduling as long as the work gets done.

What you'll do:

- General grounds maintenance and upkeep of the property

- Bring in packages and handle general property tasks

- Basic maintenance and repair of vehicles and tractors

- Weekly trash run to the dump

What we're looking for:

- A reliable, trustworthy individual who can work independently with minimal supervision

- Comfortable with hands-on mechanical work (tractors, vehicles, general equipment)

- Valid driver's license required

- Must be able to pass a background check

Details:

- Pay: $25/hour

- Schedule: Flexible, approx. 80 hours over two weeks

- Location: Ocala, FL area (on-site)
