NOW HIRING — FENCE HELPER / LABORER

Clean Cut Fencing is looking to hire a fence helper/laborer.

Starting pay: $18–$20 per hour depending on experience, reliability, and work ethic.

No fencing experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided.

This is physical outdoor work. We are looking for someone who shows up ready to work, wants to learn a trade, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Requirements:

  • Must be reliable and show up on time
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Must be coachable and able to take direction/constructive criticism
  • Must be able to work outside year-round in heat, rain, mud, and cold
  • Must be able to lift, carry, dig, and handle physical labor throughout the day
  • Must be comfortable using hand tools and power tools, or willing to learn safely
  • Must be respectful around customers, homes, pets, and property
  • Must be able to work well with a small crew
  • Must have a good attitude and be ready to work hard
  • Must be sober, safe, and professional on the jobsite
  • Construction, farm, ranch, landscaping, ag, shop, equipment, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required

Work includes fence demo, digging post holes, setting posts, carrying materials, mixing/handling concrete, helping build cedar, chain link, vinyl, and agricultural fences, cleaning up jobsites, and learning the trade.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn a real skill and grow with a small local company. Raises are available as skills, reliability, and responsibility improve.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
