Farm Operations Manager – Hay, Irrigation & Crop Production

Job Description

Seeking an experienced individual to oversee daily farm operations across 660 irrigated acres. Responsibilities include pivot, side roll, and flood irrigation management, water scheduling and distribution, field prep, planting, harvesting, equipment operation, and forage production including alfalfa hay, grass mixes, and forage corn for livestock feed and grazing. Position also includes routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and general repair of farm and irrigation equipment. Candidate should have strong agricultural experience, irrigation knowledge, mechanical ability, and the capability to operate independently in a production-focused environment.

Willing and able to help work and move cattle as needed.

Pay: $40,148.00 - $61,000.00 per year
