Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our agricultural team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for farming and animal care. This role involves various tasks that contribute to the daily operations of the farm, ensuring that both the land and livestock are well-maintained and thriving.

Duties

• Operate and maintain farm equipment, including performing routine repairs as needed.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various farming tasks.
• Provide care for livestock, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring health conditions.
• Implement animal husbandry practices to ensure the well-being of farm animals.
• Use basic math skills for measuring, calculating feed ratios, and maintaining records of farm activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in farming or agricultural roles is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with animal care and husbandry practices is beneficial.
• Ability to operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to farming operations.
• A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
