Estate Groundskeeper

Full-Time Estate Groundskeeper – Arcadia, OK

A private estate in Arcadia seeks a reliable, hands-on, full-time caretaker to maintain outdoor areas, assist with basic livestock care, and complete general maintenance projects throughout the estate.

Duties include:

• Walking the property and checking fencing, gates, and landscaping
• Repairing and painting fences and maintaining property boundaries
• Light landscaping and coordinating landscapers, pool service, and contractors
• General maintenance, hard labor, and odd jobs around the property and house
• Organizing tools and maintaining barn/workshop areas
• Caring for animals including cattle, horse, chickens, and dogs (food/water, coop cleaning, supply organization)
• Occasional seasonal tasks such as winterizing outdoor areas and preparing the property for holidays or events

Ideal candidate:
Someone dependable who enjoys outdoor work and is comfortable around animals. This role requires someone who is physically capable of manual labor and able to handle a variety of maintenance and property tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience with ranch, farm, property maintenance, or handyman work
• Comfortable working around livestock
• Ability to repair fencing, operate basic equipment, and troubleshoot maintenance issues without supervision
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Background check required

Competitive hourly pay $17.00 to $25.00 per hour (based on experience).
