Brickyard Bulls, LLC is a growing registered Angus and Wagyu Seedstock and Beef Producer, and we are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits. Weekend work will be required based on ranch operations and seasonal demands.
Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with Artificial Insemination, synchronization, and newborn calf care.
- Provide daily animal care, including feeding, watering, health and wellness monitoring, mineral supplements, vaccinations, ear tags, and castrations.
- Perform field work, including mowing, fence construction, cattle watering systems, and maintenance.
- Must be able to work with team members and follow direction, assist other team members with ranch -related projects and operational needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of cattle and cattle ranch operations.
- Comfortable working with livestock and handling animals safely.
- Basic knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance, such as checking fluids, greasing of equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, such as heat, cold, and rain.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry.
- Ability to operate skid steer, excavator and other land clearing equipment, work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as required.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Punctuality and reliability are essential. Employees are expected to report to work on time, maintain consistent attendance, and be dependable in completing assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to the needs of a working ranch.
Benefits
- Overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 per week.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Benefits available after 60 days of full-time employment.
- Eight (8) paid holidays and 40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) available after 60 days of full-time employment.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit.
